Top notch service provided, I realised a few weeks ago that I would have to replace my boiler and raise it from the ground. Every tradesmen / company I contacted quoted me unreasonable prices and tried to make out like I was asking for the impossible. CorePlumbing was the last company I spoke with and seemed by far the most professional. Jake only asked relevant questions regarding the job and promptly organised a day to complete it. Whilst other companies were wanting to quote the job up and waste a bit of time despite my pictures being quite self explanatory. They arrived as scheduled, completed the job and even went above and beyond to ensure the job looked good and tidy. Overall I got exactly what I needed for an unbeatable price which was later adjusted to be even less than the original quote. Will recommend this company to anyone needing work, everything from the administration to the actual installation and relocation was perfect and I can't fault a single thing. Excellent and professional service, I wanted a new toilet installed that was a different type to the one we currently had so it wasn't a straight forward installation but this wasn't a problem for them and the lovely young man Joe who turned up to do the installation did an excellent job, even though it required him to go out and fetch a couple of extra parts that were required this wasn't too much trouble for him and he did it all with a friendly manner and smile on his face and again I am very pleased with the work done. Would definitely recommend using this company, they are also very reliable and turn up when they say they are going to which is another big plus.

We went to Jake with a very specific bathroom design in mind. He sourced everything we asked for, including dealing with different than his usual suppliers to meet our design. He communicated so frequently regarding our fitting, it was refreshing! The quality of work completed is outstanding, and worth every penny. Couldn't recommend any higher

Called Jake for a quotation: fair and comparable price for the job (replacing main bathroom fittings due to leak from previous vendor’s DIY job). Turned up for quotation and the job on time and didn’t let us down. Wanted to do the job despite the space being tiny and awkward. Asked us lots of questions before doing the job, kept us updated about materials and measured everything up. He and his colleague Josh worked solidly but were still very pleasant to chat to, not rude or condescending or loud. They even sorted our wonky flooring which wasn’t included in the quotation which we appreciated. All rubbish was picked up and taken away. Would use again.

New Combi Gas Boiler Installation! I can’t recommend Jake at Core Plumbing and Heating Services Ltd highly enough! I came to hear about them when requiring an emergency plumber at short notice (and came out on a Saturday afternoon at very short notice), when I unsuccessfully tried to remove a radiator! Since then they have also replaced a further radiator, and I had no hesitation in asking them to fit my new combi boiler (given the quality of the previous work)! I had an old hot water tank, which was replaced with a Combi Gas Boiler! For the first time since moving in, I now have instant hot water which is amazing! As you can see from the before and after photos the work is excellent, and done to a very high standard indeed! I can’t fault their professionalism / work standards! They arrived (three staff members) at 7am and worked until 7pm in the evening, before arriving at 7am again the next morning and working solidly until the job was completed by the early afternoon! They then tidied everything up, explained to me in detail how the new system worked, and left clear contact information incase i had any immediate issues! Given how old my house is, there was a lot of hidden work that needed doing and the photos don’t quite do it all justice! They were excellent, and I have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone who would need plumbing / boiler installation, or anything else they can offer! Mark / South Hiendley
