We recently used this company to refit our bathroom and the finished product was fantastic, also yesterday our boiler broke down, James the owner personally attended within the hour, it was diagnosed that evening and two of his staff turned up at 8am on Xmas eve with the correct part and it was repaired within the hour, top service !
First class jobs by Tom at R Toomes. He arrived on time and explained exactly what was needed, including making recommendations about the tap we should buy. Then he fitted the tap and mended the fault with the toilet efficiently and cleanly. Excellent job!
James and Mel replaced our water heater today. We could not be happier. First class work, very professional. Would definitely recommend this company.
Excellent service provided. We had no hesitation in using R Toomes & Son due to them carrying out works for friends and family members in the past. We required a complete replacement heating/water system which involved the removal of an old back boiler and pipe work including the first stages of a bathroom installation. This work was carried out during a time the house was empty so installation was a bit easier thanks to carpets and floorboards already up in places. The 4 man team were extremely polite and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others for similar work.
Had my bathroom fitted by James Toomes and he did a first class job. Very professional and nothing was too much trouble. I am quite particular on detail and was very impressed by the level workmanship. Thanks!!
