Has the essentials, gets the job done. The owners are lovely and are always up for a chat. Others have mentioned the random opening times however after chatting to the owner, Dil, it’s apparent that long term conditions for both owners factor into this. Also can’t fault they have been working 7 days a week for 30 years in corner shops!
Walked on my lunch to post a parcel- shop open, counter shut for post office as he was doing ‘paperwork’. I’d even printed the returns label out so all that was needed was to scan it in and print a receipt. Wasn’t helpful and not great customer service. It would be better if opening times of the post office service were posted online somewhere.
The owner, Dill, is extremely friendly, helpful and always has a smile on his face. He has everything you would expect from a local shop. Including post office facilities, where you can withdraw cash and post a letter or parcel.
Good little shop, very friendly local store! Used to be a good friendly store, but over the past year it’s become less so. Every time I take a package in it’s like I’ve asked them to do me a huge favour. I’ve stopped popping in here to be honest now.
Closed during the middle of the day when opening hours say it’s open. Needed to collect a parcel urgently for work
