Everytime I try use this “post office” something happens. From not having competent staff to systems that don’t work. Today tried picking up a parcel and their system is down and someone in trying to fix the issue. I’m sure the staff purposely mess things up so they don’t have to run the “post office” because they always moan when they have to do something on there. Just close it and people can use the one on Leeds Road. Absolutely shocking service Update: 13/11/25 just been in to collect a parcel and staff told me it’s closed till 3pm because the person who was there has gone home! I seriously don’t know why spar are taking on this service as it’s absolutely useless!
Only giving one star as it's not an option to leave 0. Every time I come here then line for the post office is between 10 and 15 long. Staff alternate between the post office and shop till most of the time and do not have any urgency regarding the post office. An utter sham, your better off going to a proper post office. Even with the commute you'll be quicker in my opinion. AVOID
Absolutely awful service. Closed post office early for being short staffed. Supposed to accept parcels until 2000hrs each day, however I’ve now been in on a few occasions where they have decided that they’re unable to take parcels. As a small business owner who relies on this service at this time of day (1900) it’s really frustrating. The post office should give the service to someone who is able to fulfil the service.
Don't know they can call it a post office waited in a que for half an hour to send passport off to be told they don't sell envelopes. What a joke and told to go to shop next door to buy one.
Absolutely rubbish. Staff are clueless on the basics and tell you it will be open at a certail time then say they cant log onto the system- Avoid and use a main Post Office and save yourself a wasted journey
