One of their drivers left a lever out on his tailgate and scraped it down the side of my vehicle when driving past. The lever was locked in the outward position. He wouldn’t give me insurance details there and then, just told me to “call the firm”. I called this company and gave full details. I was promised a call back from the transport manager Graham which didn’t happen. I then had to chase this, and simply had a reply of “what’s the vehicle reg please” from Graham. No apology, nothing else at all. I emailed straight back and three days later I’ve still had no reply. This is now a police matter and has been reported. Do not use this unprofessional, badly organised company. Also- manners are free. UPDATE: 1 week has passed, still no response from Graham despite multiple attempts of contact.

Really unimpressed with your driver that ran a red light then proceded to block the roundabout on the A43 at Towcester at 8.35 this morning. Looking at your Google reviews this seems to be the common standard of drivers employed. Please try harder

Just witnessed this lorry in the outside lane bullying a small van. Right up close behind it for no reason. I have dash cam footage and will be reporting to police. Also, swerving over the road and even swerved onto the hard shoulder! Shame on you!

Driver ran out of time to deliver on the due day, understandable as came a long way, very friendly staff on the phone. Delivery arrived as promised first thing next morning, driver was very helpful. Would not hesitate to use again.

I would like to compliment the quality of driving of the driver who happened to be travelling along the A15 just south of Lincoln at approx. 09.15 hours this morning. Not only did he cut in front of me as I'm indicating to turn left on the roundabout (I had the right of way as I was on the roundabout and he was about to join it) but also going up the hill I was already indicating to overtake when he starts signalling and pulls out in front of me. As I was on my way to a Church service I did say a prayer for the said driver that I have very good reactions and also praying that he is more careful in future and other road users are as fortunate as myself. Remember, size isn't everthing!
