I am extremely disappointed with the service we received during our recent house move. Despite asking multiple times if anything was outstanding from our side, we were repeatedly told that everything was in order and that you were only waiting on the buyer’s solicitors. On the day of completion, we discovered that we had never signed the contract for the property we were selling. This should have been identified and resolved well before completion day. We were then given two unreasonable options: drive two and a half hours to your office to sign the contract or sign and scan it ourselves, with the condition that our equity would be held until you received the signed copy. This caused unnecessary stress, especially as it was two weeks before Christmas and our house was already packed. As a result, we had to wait nearly a week to receive our equity, which was unacceptable and entirely avoidable. To make matters worse, we only received confirmation of chattels at 4 PM the night before completion, leaving no time for clarification. Overall, the communication was poor, and the process felt chaotic, with multiple people involved and no clear accountability. When we called for updates, we felt like a burden rather than valued clients. Our first experience with GM Wilson was acceptable, but this time has completely eroded our confidence. We will not be using GM Wilson again and would not recommend them to others.

Special mention to Carol Muir who quite frankly was amazing in the handling of our sale which caused quite a few headaches at the critical completion date (fault of the buyer's solicitor).
