Highly recommend Mr Khalil at Liddys for conveyancing. We have used Liddys twice now, first time just purchasing 5 years ago, and recently for a sale and purchase. Everything was dealt smoothly and efficiently both times, and Liddys were always 'on it' compared to other solicitors in the chain - thank you!

After doing some extensive research online, I decided to instruct Liddys solicitors to take on my Personal Injury Claim on a "No win, No Fee" basis" Mr Abassi has been dealing with claim which is not yet finalised, but I can't thank the team, Mr Abassi in particular for been patient, understanding, compassionate and for showing a great deal of care in managing my case and my circumstances all things considered. Despite my circumstances causing me a great deal of worry, my case has been handled carefully and I've been updated throughout to help ease any worries. I have sent copious amounts of documents to Mr Abassi, sometimes, sending the same things twice without realising, but this hasn't been pointed out to me and I can only thank him for been so understanding all things considered. I couldn't reccomend Liddys enough and I am highly satisfied with how everything has been dealt with so far and wouldn't hesitate to use Liddy's again in the future should I need to, in particular Mr Abassi. 5🌟 f

I could not have been more pleased with the service. Mr Khalil is very competent and experienced in his field, which was evident in how efficiently he dealt with my case. I would recommend Liddy’s to anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor. I researched several companies before I chose Liddy’s to provide conveyancing service for both the sale and purchase of a house. They were not the cheapest, but the positive reviews persuaded me they would be good, I was pleased I chose them! My first sale fell through just before completion and they provided a generous discount for the work they had already undertaken. My second sale did complete but the purchasers used a dreadful conveyancing company – very cheap – but you appear to get what you pay for! Liddy’s were always ‘on the ball’, chasing the other company and maintaining constant attention to speed up the process. Mr Khalil deserves praise for his complete professionalism throughout. As frustrating as the other company made the process, he persevered to bring the completion over the line. The communication from Mr Khalil was outstanding, often replying to questions outside normal office hours. He kept me updated on the progress and provided sound advice along the journey. Due to the first sale falling through and the incompetence of the conveyancing company used by the second purchases, the process took 10 months, but Liddy’s original quotations did not increase, despite the extra work needed.

I had a really positive experience with the Wakefield branch of Liddys for a personal injury claim I pursued on a no win, no fee basis. The process was handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish. I felt well informed throughout, and David Harwood, my solicitor, was approachable, clear, and supportive. My case was resolved successfully with a fair settlement, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to others.
