Unbelievably good experience again with Alison and Rachele! They have gone above and beyond with this latest purchase and sale. I knew I was always in good hands with them. Even if I just had a query, an issue or needed advice, they were always approachable with a phone call or an email replied to in good time. I never felt forgotten or fobbed off, which is quit important with something so important. Both unbelievably patient with me and even others working on the purchase/sale. I feel confident in things going well as they're both really good at their jobs! 100% would use again 👍
Excellent experience using Thornton Jones for our first house purchase. Alison and Rachele were quick to respond to any emails and calls. Communication was excellent. We did not need to do any chasing, and any documents received from the seller were promptly processed. Thornton Jones has a great app where they update the timeline of your purchase along the way, so you can always keep informed.
