Excellent experience using Thornton Jones for our first house purchase. Alison and Rachele were quick to respond to any emails and calls. Communication was excellent. We did not need to do any chasing, and any documents received from the seller were promptly processed. Thornton Jones has a great app where they update the timeline of your purchase along the way, so you can always keep informed.

Simply outstanding in every way. This has been a long process (through no fault of Thornton Jones) for our family which has at times been a challenge. We have been kept informed at all stages in the process by highly experienced, client focussed professionals - Liz Fyfe has been incredible, she is very impressive and can recommend without any reservation at all. Unbelievably good experience again with Alison and Rachele! They have gone above and beyond with this latest purchase and sale. I knew I was always in good hands with them. Even if I just had a query, an issue or needed advice, they were always approachable with a phone call or an email replied to in good time. I never felt forgotten or fobbed off, which is quit important with something so important. Both unbelievably patient with me and even others working on the purchase/sale. I feel confident in things going well as they're both really good at their jobs! 100% would use again 👍

Looked around for a legal advisor who could advise and steer us in the right direction, Thornton Jones from the very first phone call to the final communication were professional and explained everything in detail. We never once felt they were there just to make money, in fact Shelley gave advise and explained different ways to do things and how best to approach each part of the process. Would highly recommend Thornton Jones.
