When Threemo were recommend to me by my estate agent I was a little sceptical as they weren't local to me and I was worried about managing everything online. But my worries quickly disappeared as Nicholas and Jake were very responsive, their online system is excellent and gives a clear overview of where you are up to in the process. Whenever anything wasn't clear to me, I was able to email or give them a call and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We used threemo for our house sale initially and then later for a house purchase and I am very pleased with the service and level of detail provided. We recently completed our remortgage with them, which also involved repaying our Help to Buy equity loan, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I only wish we had known about Threemo when we first bought our property! For us, clear communication and attention to detail are key, and Jordan, our caseworker, exceeded all expectations. He was always prompt in replying to emails, and we never once had to chase for updates. We also found their online hub really convenient for uploading documents and keeping track of progress.
