Scarlett at Wakefield was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. She was friendly and professional. I booked over the telephone and then rang 2 or 3 times, with questions and each time, I was greeted in the same warm, helpful manner. I could not recommend this TUI store any more highly.

I always like to book my holidays locally and, after enquiring about a holiday at the Wakefield branch, had the great fortune to have Debbie as my consultant. She sorted and booked me a fantastic holiday and spent a great deal of time ensuring everything was perfect. A great asset to Tui's Wakefield branch, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
