This practice is a prime example of putting profits over pet health. Not only did they relentlessly pressure me to get an expensive dental treatment for my pet via text and in-person, but they also refused to provide a 12-month prescription. Instead, they insisted on two separate 6-month prescriptions, forcing me to pay the full cost twice. This disgusting, high-pressure approach made it painfully clear that my pet's well-being was secondary to their bottom line. I am appalled by their conduct and urge you to avoid this practice at all costs.
My usual vet unless my pet needs anything serious and then it's off to Calder Vets in Dewsbury. The expansion has done the place a lot of good and now they have specific waiting areas for cats away from other pets where they can be more relaxed. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and never had a bad experience there.
I have always felt listened to when explaining problems with my dog, never felt rushed by anyone, benji is not easy to deal with as he is a rescue and has his issues but as always I find Calder Vets very caring and helping Benji all they can
Prompt attention friendly staff wonderful vets
Today we had bad experience with Young doctor . He's a doctor. He doesn't know what kind of test tube is needed for a progesterone test.couldn't get into the dog's vein. His assistant did a great job. Took blood quickly. How can a young doctor work in a clinic. I think a student would do a better job. And the price is awful.
