I rang the store yesterday and explained that I’m nervously shopping as a more ‘Padded’ lady for the first time and wondered if anyone would be available to give me any guidance ... Sarah told me not to worry, come in and I’ll get any help I needed. So I did. And I did. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Sarah made me feel comfortable and was extremely helpful in her suggestions. Even though I wasn’t sure of some of them at first..... I ended up going home with most of them!! (Minus the bright pink top that I’m just not that daring for quite yet) Fab add on sales technique by reminding me of earlier things I’d casually commented on that I would have otherwise forgotten (leggings and bra) Although the store is small, and didn’t have a few things available in my size, I now can shop online for those items with ease and confidence. And that’s all thanks to Sarah. Virtual high five ✋ to her and the rest of the qirls in store today today. All of whom are a credit to the company. CHEERS 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I've been into the store a couple of times, and was made to feel incredibly comfortable and at home, with some of the girls even suggesting what would work with what in store, which as a queer person was a massive help. And the range of men's and women's clothes are amazing
