There’s a gentleman who works in the shop who is delightful, helpful and provides the best customer service. But there are two women in there who are just incredibly rude, awkward and unhelpful. Ive had so many issues that I’ve just stopped going.

Most staff are helpfull & friendly but today (and the fourth time this has happend) I was served by the rudest Woman with no customer service skills. She was rude and abrupt and never raises a smile. Please have a word with her.

The staff are great, all friendly and personable from a customer service perspective. In particular, Caitlyn and Catherine (apologies if spelt incorrectly) go above and beyond!
