Absolutely disgraceful staff . Accused me of shoplifting . Absolutely fuming. Will never shop there again . Asked me to empty my pockets of something I bought at savers . They don't sell it and they checked camera footage and obviously I didn't take anything . Sorry is not good enough . You embarrassed me and put me under alot of stress .

Good shop always busy staff are nice

After waiting in the que for 10mins. Got told they don't accept TSB bank cards. No posters on the tills or front of shop that states this. It doesn't take 2 mins to print a poster on and stick it on the door! It was lucky I had another card but not everyone does!

Used to be good but now no different to any other discount shop. Overzealous security guard will wait until you've left the store and stop you outside to search your bags if like me you have disabilities and can't wait in the queue because you will wet yourself before you're served. The police are only allowed to stop and search you outside with reasonable grounds. Won't return to shop at places that treat all customers as potential shop lifters whether they have reason to stop you or not and certainly not badly trained staff that do not realise their jurisdiction is inside the shop and one and below security isn't an extension of West Yorkshire Police.
