Rang up the day before to see if I could take a sofa. "Yes no problem that will save us having to collect it" was the reply. Took my sofa down there, a nice chap gave me a lift off with it and I was about to come home. Then the "warehouse manageress" came out and I was told they were too full to take any more and besides which my sofa was grubby! Now if my sofa was grubby I would have taken it to the tip. It's 5 years old and has hardly been sat in and is as new. The only thing grubby that morning was the attitude of the manageress.
Such a nice shopping experience, always got loads of great stuff in there. The displays are immaculate, as always. Not to forget the wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Best charity shop I’ve ever seen. Well done guys, keep up the hard work; it’s not going unnoticed.
Was very miffed went to get a cheap bag from this charity shop all they had in ware named brand's for 15 to 29 quid I was so an owed I don't want named brand just wanted cheap bag for a one off it would of gone back into charity bag ended up buying new bag from round corner for cheaper
I have visited this shop several times now, staff are really friendly, they acknowledge you then just leave you in peace. Great selection, good prices. Loads of books. 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
Your members of staff could really do with a dose of customer service training! Lady (I say that with no complimentary sense) in your George St store is rude and obnoxious! I asked for the price on a television to be met with a barrage comments of how stupid I must be to see there's no price ont he ticket! Wow
