What a superb service I received getting the rear case of a watch engraved. What a really friendly and helpful gentleman in the shop. Thank you so much for your excellent service, real value for money.
I took my dad’s watch in for repair on the 12th December 2022 and asked if I could have it back for the 19th December. I explained that my dad passed away and wanted to wear it at his funeral on the 20th December. Ian, did a fantastic job to get the watch back to me for the funeral. I greatly appreciate doing this for me in a short time. Thank you very much Ian. 5 stars from me.
Took my watch in to be cleaned. He had is 6 weeks & charged me £70. 2 months later the watch stopped again so I took it elsewhere for a new battery to be told 'it's rusty as hell in there & no amount of servicing will sort that.' Basically the watch is dead. Can't have got that rusty in 2 months so why was I charged £70 to clean a watch that was obviously beyond repair?
Had ordered 2 rings for repair (accidentally broke it in half) and I got to say they came out better than when I first got them, they not only put the ring back together as one but also buffed the ring so shinny I could see my face. props to the guy who did it, he's got skills.
Had a gold signet ring engraved here today. Great and friendly service. Excellent value for money. Very happy with the quality of the workmanship. Highly recommend!
