Land of furniture

We had looked all over for sofas at all the branded stores and their prices and pushy sales pitches just turned us away . We were then recommended to visit land of furniture in Wakefield and we were greeted by Raj a great guy very polite, friendly and so easy to deal with and we found just what we wanted. the delivery guys were so helpful and kept us up-to date with delivery times . The sofas are the rhino recliners and look amazing in our home and in our opinion it’s very comfortable and firm with an upright posture which helps on our backs with the lumbar cushions “great value and quality “. A couple of weeks later we noticed the motor on the 2 seater was making a funny noise so I phoned Raj and he arranged an appointment to come to our home to see if the problem could be fixed on site and took a video as he had not come across the problem before. The very same day Danny phoned us as the problem could not be fixed on site he offered to take the sofa and replace it with a brand new one which came a week later, again the same delivery guys did a fantastic job of removing and installing. The customer relations with land of furniture is excellent and I would highly recommend. We will definitely visit again and recommend to family and friends. Great value for money and great service and one of the easiest 5 star ⭐ reviews I’ve ever written.

Polite and non pushy staff. Raj, the King did us a great deal. Carpet fitted and sofas installed with not one mark on our newly decorated room. Absolutely brilliant service. We went in 2 weeks ago to look for a bed for our first home. The customer service we received from Danny was fantastic. He was really helpful and made the whole experience super easy. We walked away with a king bed, mattress and pillows. We are looking forward to having our bed delivered and would recommend them to anybody who is looking for furniture.

This is the best customer service we’ve ever experienced ! Went in just to look and came out with a sofa and a bed. Danny and his partner are so sweet and helpful. They helped us make the perfect choice and at really great prices too. Trust me when I say you won’t find such great quality at their prices anywhere. We still thank them anytime we sit in our cozy sofa. On the day of delivery we got amazing service ! They updated us every step of the way. Upon arrival they brought the furniture up two flights of stairs, built it and positioned it as we wanted!! The best furniture company I’d say

Purchased a corner suite from them at a good price. Very friendly service, no hard sale from Danny or Raj. Held suite at sale price till exchanged contracts on house. Kept me informed for delivery date etc . The guys who delivered unpacked and assembled suite. Disposed of all rubbish all three people were polite and friendly.
