We picked a sofa in store at the ridings Wakefield. The price was cheap and the sofa was promptly delivered. Around a week in it was apparent the foam in the cushions is poor quality, a month in the fabric is pulling thread bare between the seams obviously because the foam is misshaping. I’ve contacted love sofas guess what no response. You get what you pay for and this is cheap rubbish!

I had visited the store 3 times and even though I couldn't make my mind up, the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushing for a sale. To enable me to check sizes, they printed out the details, even though they were accessible online. Once I made my choice and ordered, the sofa was delivered 4 days later. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and was given a delivery slot the day before.The delivery people were on time and friendly. I found the whole experience stress free. The product is extremely good value. Friends and family are amazed at the price. All in all a much better experience, product, cost, and delivery time than using a main retailer .

First class service from start to finish. Picked the sofa I wanted spoke to Mark in the shop who could not be more knowledgeable about the sofa and my concerns about living in high rise flats. He assured me this was no problem but would be a small delivery fee. The delivery team arrived sofa up 7 floors no problem assembled rubbish taken away couldn’t ask for better service.

The staff showed a professional approach in the customer service they provided, the furniture we bought a good price and was a excellent quality, it was flat packed and easier to fit through the door as our was narrow. The guys who delivered with in two day were 15 minutes building the furniture were very friendly and good at what they do.

Showroom staff were very helpful, my friend and I spent some time trying out different chairs and sofas before deciding which i wanted. Delivery guys were also great with delivery and communication. The one fly in the ointment is that I was led to believe once I received delivery confirmation I could change it to suit my availability. This is true, but it was neglected to say that it would cost me £35 for the privilege. I feel this should be made clear on order.
