I ordered a framed print with multiple photo uploads, and the quality was terrible. There are massive gaps between some photos, while others are crammed together with no spacing at all, even this photos were uploaded on the template of their website . The frame itself is also of poor quality. It’s shocking that such a poorly made product was even sent out. To make matters worse, there’s no option to return it. We essentially paid to be disappointed. Avoid this company if you value quality and good service.
I now see why there are so many ratings of 1 for this company. Ordered a personalised glasses case for my wife to be, which arrived and was found to be faulty. Customer services said they could not provide a replacement (why? when you just sent me one I ordered) but stated they would initiate a full refund to me within 3 days. 2 weeks later and no response from my follow up email today (what a surprise), so it’s a good job I paid with my credit card which will ensure I receive the refund back for my insured purchase. Well done ‘getting personal team’ you have just alienated me and the 200 staff who work under me who I will tell about this experience in my store, of one of the largest companies globally that I work for as a Manager. Great way to do business!!!
I ordered personalised champagne flutes and when I received them the stem was broken on one. I have since sent two emails and have had no response. I tried the live chat which isn’t active and got a message telling me to email and I would receive a response within 24 hours! I very much doubt it as my two previous emails have gone unanswered. Poor service. Will not be ordering again. If this gets read, please contact me.
I've never used this company before so after reading so many negative reviews I was super worried that my order might not come until Xmas and I will have to do last minute shopping. Luckily the items came today (2 personalised cushions and a diary). The cushions look really good. Such a great Christmas present, quite pricey though. The diary looks okay. Didn't wow me. The quality seems good, however, it did look better online. Overall I am giving 4 stars. The service was good. They delivered the items as promised (by 21st December), also all the items were in perfect condition. Would definitely use this company again in the future.
I’ve not really had a very good experience with you, I’ve been trying to contact you since Friday, emailed twice & called to, I received my order on Friday but it was damaged in transit, I had bought a little compass for my grandson, when it arrived the little wooden presentation box that it came in had a bang to the corner of it, I’ve been trying to contact you to see if there was any way you could replace the little wooden box before Christmas, as my grandson is going travelling & I would like him to have it before he goes.
