Purchased worktops for my new kitchen just before Christmas. When I visited to take a look in person the staff were helpful. When I called a week later delivery was arranged, payment made over the phone and all went smoothly. Worktops are lovely and I've received a lot of compliments. Reason for dropping a star is because I wasnt told at any point that someone would have to be present who was able to carry the worktops in with the driver. Usually heavier goods are delivered by 2. Fortunately I was able to bring them in with the driver but just want to make people aware in case they're not physically able themselves. Delivery driver was lovely too by the way!

Is this a Diy store? No, not by any stretch. It is however a good supplier of sheet, panels, trims, worktops, composites and decorative cladding though. Who now have a few tools and adhesives/sealants available to buy on the trade counter. The range of shower panels has increased substantially to include the perform panel range. Order in to avoid disappointment. (2 to 3 day lead times.)

Slowest service ever. Phone ahead of time to save time and when you turn up they still oblivious and waste your time. 30min plus for a roll of edging time after time. Quicker driving to Leeds and back, no joke

I am really pleased with the professional job and workmanship from this company. Very friendly, clean and professional workers from start to finish. Highly recommended .

I would not use this company again. Expensive kitchen doors. Had an issue with them, was told take them to B&Q for advice on fixing
