cheap stuff from china for luxury prices, all will be in landfill by the new trend, rude and groggy staff. piercing service is inadequate. severe swelling, crusting and puss from unsanitary conditions and usage of piercing guns.

Horrible experience , would never set foot there, after money is in their pocket Don’t expect any service, wasted lot of money . Rude arrogant women . They messed up my daughter’s ears and nose piercings and didn’t want to acknowledge or help,

Been in twice this week due to a small issue with some jewellery. Couldn’t have asked for better staff! Especially as I was really picky and kept changing my mind! Both Amy and Georgina were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much guys! Xx

Held my daughter’s birthday party here tonight, wow! What great value for money, Georgina and Daisy were both absolute pros and had eight little girls hanging on their every word! They were both an absolute credit to Claire’s. From start to finish it was absolutely fantastic, the girls really enjoyed themselves and I’ve had lots of messages saying how it was so well organised. Thank you very much Claire’s, we really appreciate it! Love Evie’s birthday party x

I had my daughters 9th birthday party here on Sunday 13th October. It really was so good!! My daughter and her friends really enjoyed it. The 2 ladies that did the party we brilliant! Thank you for making it a special birthday for her 😁
