Visited the Wakefield store today for my daughter to have her ears peirced. Wow, what an amazing service. She was made to feel special from the off, such a relaxed but exciting process. Emma & Susan in store were so lovely, made a fuss of my daughter & even gave her a lovely goody bag too, along with wishing her a happy birthday. My daughter is so happy with her ears. Thank you so much for making this such a great experience.
Went to H Samuel Wakefield looking for wedding rings after being to several shops before. We were looked after by Tracey who was fantastic! She showed me options I hadn’t even considered before and actually ended up buying one of her recommendations. She was patient and listened to what we liked and didn’t like. She even cleaned my engagement ring to give it its true sparkle back. Couldn’t thank tracey enough, she is clearly in the right job, amazing!
Grace was very patient and calming with my 6 year old. She was very unsure of having her ears pierced (having pestered me for weeks about having them done!). Grace even pierced my ear to show my daughter it wasn’t scary when I asked her to. My daughter didn’t even flinch and was very happy afterwards! Thank you
Friendly, helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Went in to chose an engagement ring for my partner and there advise and help was the best. Was never pressured into buying anything. The end result was a perfect ring for my partner which she was overwhelmed and delighted with. A massive thank you to Susan and Katie
