We were out finishing our Xmas shopping on Tuesday (16th December) and was served by a lovely young, blonde haired woman. I didn't notice any name badge, but we were preoccupied with choosing items. Whoever she is, she's absolutely outstanding!! Nice to talk to, extremely helpful and above and beyond service. So sorry I can't remember your name. Thank you for treating us so well 🩷
Visited the Store on Sunday 15/06/23 around 15.45. Greeted by a member of staff who was serving a customer. The 50% off sale caught my eye and waited a few minutes, one member of staff at the till apologised for my wait and another staff member came from the back to serve me. I didn't get the names of the other 2 members of staff name but the colleague that served me was Casey. They were so helpful, patient and nothing was too much trouble. I purchased a ring, unfortunately realised later that evening it wasn't suitable for my arthritic thumb! I returned the ring on Monday morning to be served by Casey. She was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and made suggestions to me to make an exchange as I didn't want to spend anymore than I already had. She was great, thankyou. The customer service from the three ladies was excellent.

Worst place I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with go to the one at white rose fare better staff better choice and just a much nicer experience
