Amazing Staff. Always Welcoming. Cleanliness is Superb. Always pleasant to visit at Shell Ossett. The Manager is really a very nice and professional person. Toilets are very Clean. Staff is very helping. I recommend everyone to visit Shell Ossett for good customer experience.

I attended this station about 4:40am on the morning of the 29th july, the young guy that served me was just lovely, no one is expected to be that happy that early in the morning but he was, his customer service was fantastic, he got me a coffee and a meal deal and was patient with me as I didn't know what chocolate I wanted, his manners were impeccable and he was so curtious, I had the best start to my day due to him so thank you! I hope he is recognised for his great customer service even at that hour of the morning. A+++ service

Pump didnt stop loads rushed out told them to be told well it hasn't done it befor and I should go out and clean it up,, won't be using this shell again not even a sorry or anything,, waste of money Edit.. owner has said contact on a link but link just takes me to the shell site home page and no idea what to do next
