Fantastic customer service from all the staff in this store, but especially Helen, Chloe & Katie. Always friendly, greet you when entering the store, give advice, help, listen to what you are asking, offer the best service and nothing too much trouble. The store is always tidy and clean and designated areas for each type of clothing make it easy to view. A big thankyou to Katie today, who was so patient and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very much appreciated.
Absolutely disgusting service from Carl (Supervisor) no greeting or acknowledgement towards me. Showed attitude prior to asking for a refund. Then wouldn’t do the refund as he said he doesn’t like my attitude because I pointed it out to him the basic customer service skills. Staff are having personal conversation more than giving good customer service. There is a reason why the shop is always empty. Just lost a customer
Went in for some thermal base layers, the very polite staff members showed me what products were on offer, made recommendations based on what they had used and were wearing at the time. I was also allowed to inspect the products before purchase to see which I would prefer. There were a few options with a massive variance in price and the staff made suggestions to suit my need and budget, not to sell expensive products. I was very pleased with the excellent level of courtesy and care shown to me.
Nice shop & helpful staff, prices seem to be reasonable. Reason I have dropped a star is because sizes have always been a bit on the small side, but when I went in this week I have had to go up another size ( no change on my side ), so getting smaller still.
