Feathers & Tails - Pet Shop and Parrot & Reptile Rescue

Popped in today as I’m new to the area but have followed this lovely store on instagram for a little while. I was greeted by the lovely staff members. Store was bright, clean and very well stocked! All the animals looked like they were healthy and happy and in large and well furnished enclosures. It was really refreshing to see the majority of animals are rehomes who have been rehabilitated. They clearly care about the animals here. Will be back!

I just want to thank Feathers &Tails for their excellent reptile boarding service! I no longer worry about my bearded dragon when I go away on holiday as I know he's being looked after brilliantly! The photo and video updates I get are fantastic and reassures me that a great time is being had! They were also great with my old lady beardie who needed extra care due to being blind and not able to feed herself ❤️ I'm so grateful she was cared for so well. Thoroughly recommend their boarding services!

Absolutely recommend this shop for anyone looking to drastically improve their own feathery friend’s life or simply wanting information to determine if an avian companion is for them. The information and care you get from these girls is above and beyond anything any website could ever offer. The highest welfare standards, lovely girls and a fantastic service.

Went for the first time today and all I can say is the staff are extremely helpful and polite, they don't hesitate to give you any information you need, they also don't just try and sell you the expensive stuff, they recommend what is right for your bird. Thanks for the positive experience

We stumbled across this EXCELLENT shop quite by accident looking for an anti pluck vest for Buster, our 20 yr old African Grey. She had a Very Bad experience with an ex partner of my wife. We had tried every remedy and additive etc and nothing worked. The knowledge these girls have about parrots oosed out of the pages of their website. Upon visiting yesterday, finding plenty of good toys and good quality feed and equipment etc, not just for Buster but for Mary our 15 yr old Royal Python. After picking a few items required (some lovely S/H feed bowls very cheap), we spoke to the staff and came away with a completely new plan to help Buster with some great advice given on how to move forward. We will DEFINATELY be back and have found a Real Gem of a place that is firmly in our address book and first port of call for anything Exotic Pet wise. Thnx girls. Buster loved her Breakfast as per her new diet an seeds germinating for her in the next few days. Thnx Again Pete N Deb
