I take my puppy here monthly and they do a brilliant job with him, especially Ellie, he loves going and it has improved both his hygiene and social skills.

Booked my noodle horse in for a wash and dry , the girls filled me with confidence and were very friendly! Recommending better shampoos for her skin too , thanks! - Orla 🐾

Booked a lastminute appointment via the online system for 4pm on the same day. Whenever i have rang for an appointment in the past its always been a few weeks wait. They were clearly fuming that we had turned up last minute. Stated that the dog's fur was matted and they couldn't really do the bath and brush we' had booked. I would need to re-book for a groom.........presumably in 2-3 weeks time. He certainly wasn't matted but i might have taken the advise on merit had it not been so clear how angry they were at having to do more work. Terrible attitude, will use an independent groomers from now on, sure they'll appreciate our business.

Just picked my little lad up from the groom room Wakefield where a young lass called Natalie took care of him. He’s come back looking absolutely stunning and I’m so happy with what she’s done. Will definitely be using this place from now on and asking for Natalie personally.
