I recently visited Imobiles Wakefield in Trinity shopping centre and had a fantastic experience with the customer service provided by Khan. He was incredibly respectful, helpful and knowledgeable about the phones, but what really impressed me was that he didn't pressure me into making a purchase. Instead, he took the time to answer all my questions and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Khan's expertise and friendly approach made me feel confident in my purchase, and to top it off, he gave me a free charger and phone protector, which he even took the time to put on the phone himself. Khan delivered excellent customer service, and I appreciate the extra effort he put in to ensure I left the shop happy. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service. My daughters phone was broken (or so I thought). Turns out it was a simple fix. They were very honest, didn't charge me anything when they very easily could've. Super honest people. Highly recommended
