I recently visited Imobiles Wakefield in Trinity shopping centre and had a fantastic experience with the customer service provided by Khan. He was incredibly respectful, helpful and knowledgeable about the phones, but what really impressed me was that he didn't pressure me into making a purchase. Instead, he took the time to answer all my questions and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Khan's expertise and friendly approach made me feel confident in my purchase, and to top it off, he gave me a free charger and phone protector, which he even took the time to put on the phone himself. Khan delivered excellent customer service, and I appreciate the extra effort he put in to ensure I left the shop happy. Highly recommend!
Absolutely fantastic service! They really did justice with my phone repair (samsung note) — fast, professional, and my phone works perfectly again. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable repair service.
I had a completely damaged, pixilated phone with cracked screen and was fixed in less than an hour Customer service is amazing, Singh was really nice and hospitable. 10/10 will come again!
