Felt compelled to leave a review after such great and friendly service. Seeing the other reviews: seems I’m not the only one. Needed a simple spoke replaced and wheel re-tuned… but needed it done there and then due to upcoming travel and a planned ride. I’m aware it isn’t as simple as it may seem with prior work booked in and a busy schedule. I was very grateful for them to be able to carry out the work there and then, with friendly advice to follow and a further request from Dan if he could adjust my seat slightly… which he felt would suit my height better. I’ll be returning for possible services, bike fits and upgraded. Thank you
I’ve not owned a bike since I was a child, and now in my 40s had no idea what I was looking at. I walked in and didn’t feel judged. Kieren was kind enough to walk me through the options and spent time quoting my build and I left without a pressured sale. After looking at my Cycle 2 Work scheme through work, I placed my order here. Would highly recommend to anyone - they know their bikes!
I came here first time to replace my child's front tyre. I was greeted with a warm welcome with a friendly guy on counter. Quoted me a good reasonable price and was done in 10 minutes can't ask more to be honest. Now I'm ready to fix my other 2 bikes from cycle technology thank you so much 🚲
I have been using Cycle Technology for a number of years now, I bought both mine and my son's Trek Marlin bikes from Cycle Technology, Dan and the team have been brilliant with aftercare, upgrades and advice too, I would highly recommend them to anyone..thanks Dan and the team, a more than happy customer..
