From the first phone call until collecting my bike, all staff at the J’s cycles store Wakefield offered a premier service. I will buy all future bikes from here. I travelled approximately 90 minutes to go and select the colour I wanted in the Pinarello Dogma f and they gave great advice on the sizing. The offer seemed to great to be true on the internet, so I presumed the custom options would be limited and the bike would come as described. J,s allowed me to customise the build at almost no additional costings, price matching the saddle I wanted was a great touch on the already heavily reduced offer they were giving. The build quality so far seems great. They went out of there way to bring the build forward 24 hours at very short notice, as I was working in the area. On Collection, they made it feel special. Having the bike on a display stand perfectly polished. It felt more like a Ferrari dealership than a bike shop. Top, top class. Dan Simpson-Msy
Service is good, but attitude very very bad, they can't fix even hybrid bikes! Tyres! Guys don't Go there, that shop is nachionaliat shop!
Absolutely and unbelievably amazing people went above and beyond to make sure I received my new ebike would highly recommend this store never received a better service in all my life these embody what it means to be a business friendly and thoughtful beyond recognition thank you very much for your professionalism🚲🥰🎉🍻
