I think you should stop taking in parcels at this shop Inpost/ Yodel because your attitude if something doesnt go right ( no fault of the customer ) is terrible! Ive been to this shop to collect parcels now for some time and 90% of the time even though we are notified that our parcel has arrived their attitude is we dont have it. Or your barcade is invalid l, same with dropping off parcel's its 'Its too big' were not taking it in, even though its within the guidelines of the measurements. Or its 'sorry we dont have those labels for that courier', you have a bad attitude toward people entering your shop you dont smile and would suggest your in the wrong job! Doesn't cost anything to smile or be courteous to your customers.
Partner ordered a present for my autistic son, the seller had done everything to get the item in correct size box through yodel. This owner felt she didnt have to honour the parcel and without notice refused the item now the parcel is getting sent back across the country with us none the wiser as to whether this could be sent back before Christmas! My partner was there within an hour of the parcel been delivered! Horrible horrible shop with absolutely no care. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO HONOUR YODEL PARCEL SIZES THEN PLEASE REMOVE YODEL FROM THE SHOP!. On numerous occasions you are greeted with a horrible attitude when trying to send parcels. I WOULD GIVE MINUS STARS IF I COULD!
This is the only shop in a 25 mile radius that always has blank electricity and gas cards for when you have issues with energy suppliers and have lost your card and you have to input blank cards with a code on paypoint machine etc ..Twice I have had to visit this store in 18 month for the above reason and received excellent customer service even though I purchased nothing from the store 😳....Some of us appreciate this . Great store
They do not accept gift cards and they and they are removed I got kicked out for no reason
