Go here with my eldest son as I'm not personally a gamer. Guy who served us was friendly, professional and really helpful. My son took some old games to part exchange towards newer. Fair price given and even though one of the games he wanted wasn't out on the shelf, he looked through the drawers and found a copy. Very happy.
Staff were very helpful. Helped us find a game we couldn't see on the shelf. Also asked about VR sets and they advised us to wait for the next price drop which will probably be around the time the ps5 is released.
Staff extremely rude, tried to spend money only to be patronised by a staff member telling me to ''look at the sticker'' on the box of a controller. The sticker said 'Go to the till to ask for more options'; she then preceded to tell me 'well i told ya we didn't have any didn't i so why u askin'. Shocking. I'd file a formal complaint but the their online service is equally is appalling. Save some money and drive to curry's its only around the corner.
Lots to choose from girl at checkout asked mgr if they were still giving 20% off certain items and told yes .She could have easily just scanned items and I would have missed out so good for her.
Very expensive and overpriced, overall not very good. Pretty much filled with pre-owned games, aside from new releases and digital codes. Filled with merchandise, as far as I'm they don't sell like a god church. Staff are alright, but overall a bad shop. If you need pre-owned games go to CEX round the corner, if you need new games you can find a good deal online.
