Excellent service! I contacted Nick in the morning, and he was able to come out the same day to sort out my car issues. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The job was done efficiently, and my car’s been running perfectly since. Highly recommend Him for quick, reliable service!
I contacted Nick on behalf of my Grandad after his car was towed to his home with his usual garage unable to help (quoting a 5+ weeks wait time) fix a suspected snapped clutch. Nick answered immediately, even though I had called in the late evening, and said he would be out to have a look in the next couple of days. Nick was true to his word and took the car away to be fixed, returning it the following day and running perfectly. All done at a very reasonable rate given the work and logistics involved. My Grandad is very happy with the quality of service and work done, and remarked he will be taking his business to NG Autos going forward!
Just got my car back after service and MOT with Nick at NG Autos today. It was the first time ive gone outside the dealership for any work on my car. I took my car in for a full service on a Kia Sportage. Nick was very friendly and helpful explaining what parts he'll replace and what parts he'll check on the service. The car was ready in a timely manor and professionally dealt with. Even produced pictures of the old parts and also pictures of brakes and other parts/ components that he checked as part of the service. I couldn't recommend him more. I will definitely be using NG Auto's in the future for both servicing and MOT's. 5 stars and deservedly so.
