Absolutely brilliant service came and collected my Xbox from my home address on the morning an returned in the afternoon highly recommended

Not very helpful. I called them several times about my broken screen. Each time, the guy seemed helpful. I explained that I needed my phone back the same day and we discussed my options. He advised the best time to take my phone to the shop and guarantee a same day repair would be Tues A.M. before 12pm. I told him I would bring my phone in Tues morning, before 12. For some reason, he didn't tell me their opening times were 10am, not 9am like other town centre businesses. After waiting another 4 days, I duly turned up just after 9am to find the shop closed. I hung around town until After 10am. Still he didn't arrive at the shop. I called him and left a voicemail. He didn't even bother to reply. I took my phone to another shop and got it repaired within half hour! Original screen and screen protector for same price he was going to charge! I wont go to Wizard Electronics again. They wasted my time and didn’t follow through on what they promised.

Have used the wizard several times more than I would hope, due to having had four children with some sort of disconnect between their brain and their hands, resulting in a need for many screen replacements. Although he may occasionally seem to keep the hours of the secondhand bookseller from "Good Omens", I cant fault the service. He will also tell me when I am wasting my time trying to revive a hopeless case. Always been happy with the jobs done on my iphones and will continue to use him unless he disappears into a parallel universe or decides to retire.

I cannot recommend Wizard Electronics highly enough. The service was excellent and priced extremely fairly. Martin was understanding and appreciative of the personal importance of the situation for me. I really thought my phone was beyond repair and was 'almost' speechless when Martin contacted me to let me know he had repaired it. We are very lucky to have such a great service available to us in Wakefield.

- I did not buy any service from this company. I went into this store looking for a VGA to display port or HDMI. They did not have any in stock, however i ended up being here talking about the current project, solutions as it wasn't likely the analog signal would work with a digital input device. Advice was received from the gent here, i order 2 x gpus from ebay for £9.50 with display ports per his advice. This solution worked perfectly. Absolutely top customer service. based on the fact i paid nothing for this transaction, i suspect the paying customers will get exceptional service offered.
