The weight I’d been carrying began to lift — not because my storms had passed, but because I’d found people who cared enough to stand in them with me. ⛈️🤍 Mr. T, Alan, Paul, Malachi, Verity, Donna, Teresa — each one of you has touched my life in ways I will never forget. 🌹💛 Through the most recent extremely turbulent few weeks of my life, you have been my anchors in the flood, my warmth in the cold, and my laughter when tears were close behind. 🌪️➡️🌈 This place isn’t just a hotel. It’s a heartbeat with walls. 💖 Every hallway hums with gentleness, every smile carries grace, every act of care restores faith in the goodness of people. 🌿☕💐 When life shook and everything felt uncertain, Bank House became the calm in the chaos — my safe harbour, my small miracle in Wakefield. 🙏✨ I leave with tears of gratitude, not sadness. Would definitely stay again rooms were very clean just need updating a little bit .breakfast amazing . The staff were very helpful and welcoming . .

Staff are so welcoming, the accommodation/rooms are lovely and very clean

We stayed an hour, room was cold told heating on a timer, had a baby with us who was crawling she found dirty bits on floor and stains that were crusty, she ended up needing a bath went to bath her room that we had booked for a bath had tiny shower only and mouldy celling And lots more, room did not look like any on the website

Love it best place to stay the staff are lovely and kind very helpful would recommend to anyone
