AVOID AT ALL COSTS Received court paperwork for a bogus car parking fine from over a year ago and, after numerous failed attempts to contact the company itself as it makes it virtually impossible to do so, I have had to pay £260 for DRIVING my car (not even parking) it 8 mins past the one hour free period. Disgusting company who thinks they have a license to print money. Loads of other FREE places to park in Chapeltown, don't even enter the car park because they will find some way of fraudulently charging you. Car park should be run by the pub or council at best.

Absolute scummy behaviour, users of the Hilton Road car park in Stoke on Trent, need to beware, YOU WILL BE FINED FOR RUNNING OVER THE TIME, please ignore what the hospital staff tell you if your treatment runs over as they suggest this is the normal procedure and tell you that you are not fined, absolute BS, probably on the take from this company, scummy behaviour as I say as we have landed a £60 fine which I expect others having treatment lasting longer than expected will be told, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS BS UNLESS YOU’RE MORE THAN HAPPY TO BE FINED! I await the condescending response from the people involved with this company 🤬

They sent me a parking fine for my vehicle when I didn't even enter the carpark, the ANPR camera picked me up driving past the carpark. Obviously they had to cancel the ticket but my issue is how they took my details. I've sent numerous emails and even a subject access request which they have illegally ignored. I will be taking them to court.

I recieved a fine which I hold my hand up too doing (forgot to pay for parking) BUT the letter I recieved was on the final day of the 14day reduced charge window. Meaning by the time I figured out where the car park was and spoke to my partner I missed the 14 day window. I then tried to speak to some one via there "contact us" "drop us a line" part of there website in which you are instructed to basically contact via post... so 0 human interaction at all. I would have been happy to pay the £60 pound fee as I made the mistake but the fact I recieved the letter 14 days after the letter was printed is a joke.

My daughter is disabled and she was in hospital and very unwell one week. In that time we got FOUR parking tickets. She has paid religiously for a few years and simply forgot because she was so ill. We have sent in proof of this and proof it’s a mobility car and her disability. She has paid ever month without fail. She is traumatised by the events of these letters that have come through her door and she is unable to pay the £400 fines. This is utterly unfair and we have brought her car back to my house where this can’t happen. She is without transport now and in fear of debt collectors and CCjs because she was sick for five days and was unable to pay. I offered to pay one fine of £100 but this was rejected. My daughter is sick, stressed and beside herself over four tickets. I want yo to court to fight this but she is terrified of this. Have a heart. She has paid you a fortune over the years to park in your Sheffield car park. I’m tempted to go to the press. This is awful I can’t speak to a human on the phone. I can’t email anyone because there is one email address that doesn’t reply. I’m happy to pay one fine but to pay four is unreasonable and unfair. Terrible company that drive people to suicide
