Same as others, machine gone, app not working, spent inordinate amount of time trying to pay, got a fine with very limited time to appeal as it arrived late. I appealed, they rejected my appeal. I even took screenshots of the app where it was stuck and they completely disregarded my evidence as the app is a third party (the third party that they commissioned and forced as an intermediary between them and the customer). I will continue challenging through the Independent appeals Service (IAS) for as long as needed. The app won't let me replace outdated debit card details... You only get 10 mins to pay before they fine you, and I went way over trying to work out how to get the app to take my money. I was getting anxious and upset, and didn't have cash or even a physical debit card on me, so didn't even think of using my phone to pay at the machine. Eventually I spotted a man in Excel uniform and asked for his help. He was lovely, but he couldn't work out how to use the app either and suggested that later in the day I could try deleting it and signing back up with another email address, but that didn't seem right to me? He helped me pay with my phone at the machine. I asked him if he could do anything about stopping me getting fined for not paying quickly enough, but he said there was nothing he could do. He just advised me to hold on to my ticket in case I am fined just to prove I paid and to appeal any fine with a full explanation and proof of ticket purchase. He said it will definitely get the fine cancelled, but I am not fully convinced as this company have a bad reputation about it and have been taken to court over it before.

There is a big sign on the door to get down to street level saying "steps and lift to Morrisons" but only after you have already paid and gone through the door do you see that the lift is very obviously Morrisons staff only as there is no button to call it, only a keyhole. You are therefore forced to either use the stairs, struggle up/down the very steep ramp you drive up, or lose the money you paid to park there. Never had a problem with fines as in other reviews.

Absolute scam of a parking company. App very buggy but managed to pay. They refunded me a few days later and sent a £100 fine. Refused my appeal. Zero customer service. I don’t understand how companies like this are allowed to function in Sheffield and will be writing to the council as well as re-appealing. Total joke. Don’t park here

Do anything you can to avoid parking here - they are a vile immoral company. I parked here one evening and could find no way to extend my parking since the app would not let me. I sent evidence including screen grabs and they sent a response declining my appeal having clearly not looked at the evidence and referred my case to a debt collection agency. I have now paid £170 instead of the £1 I tried desperately to pay on the day. They clearly have no interest in customer service and actively try to catch people out. I provided extremely detailed evidence that there was no way to pay.
