Food Station

I would be very cautious and probably avoid this place due to their lack of customer service. I ordered food at 19:32 and everything was fine waited till 20:30 to call and see when it would be getting delivered because it was a treat for tea for both myself and my boyfriend as-well as my daughter. I was told they were highly busy and would need to wait a little longer. Frustrated but understanding I said it was fine and we waited. It’s almost three hours later and we get fed up of waiting so we tried ringing multiple times and nobody answered the phone so my boyfriend decided to drive down to the place and see what was going on. For the shutters to be down, the place in darkness and nobody in sight. Obviously expecting no one to be coming and being aggravated we decided to ring another takeaway house and order food there for them to show up with our food ten minutes after ringing the other place and apologise. The delivery guy was kind enough and politely tried to explain their excuse for it being so late and said we didn’t need to pay and we could just take it. Generous offer but we had the stress of explaining to the other place we had to cancel and why. The pizza was still warm but the loaded fries were stone cold although were nice when I re heated them. Just disappointed.

Had us waiting a hour and 30 minutes on christmas leaving 2 children waiting for there tea to make some silly excuses that they tried coming when iv cctv on the property absolute joke

Before the change over this place was pretty good. Just been back for a kabab and it was fried meat in a pan. Not even real kabab meat. Was absolutely descusting. I'll never be going here again. One more thing to add they is no visible health and hygiene certificate on display making me wonder if they are legal to serve to the public.

Fast delivery, food hot, and good deal munch box... will order again
