High Street chippie and pizza

Chips and battered sausage where left if the hot bin for far too long. Was served chips that where cooked twice so held a lot of oil. Battered sausage had a thick layer of skin where it had been sitting. A fish and chips shop that can't even provide fresh chips... Gave this place a go 2 years ago and thought maybe, just maybe they've improved, but old habits die hard. Big shame, never again! Don't waste your money. The large chips seemed to be a regular portion. Management needs to sort it out, no idea how they got a 5 star food rating if they are allowed to sell old chips re fried and food left in the hot counter for at least 3 hours! (I've owned and run chip shops in the pass and know when to throw away food that's been left in the hot display for too long). How do you serve food that you won't even eat. Shameful!

I ordered a mixed kebab and chips and it was awful the Donna kebab was dry and crusted. The chicken kebab, looked nice on the website, but it was terrible. Nothing like the picture. The chips was really hard. Overall total waste of money. Very disappointing.

I would say my order can be a bit of a pain for the staff especially when they are busy! However what i will say the customer service is fabulous always a smile 😃 and a thank-you from all staff everytime I go in. When I get my order it's always perfect 👌 tasty well presented and hot. So thank you guys 😊 pizza 🍕 always 10/10 chips always cooked perfectly. Xx

Paid for a large chips and got a very small portion when questioned they said it’s there standard large and the same with there sauce portions very disappointed and won’t be returning batter on the battered sausage was soggy and horrible due to being put in a container, since when has a chippy not put there food in paper?

Just received our order at 15:25pm chips aren’t fully cooked, kebab separate when meant to go on pizza need read your adds on uber eats properly
