Used to be a regular here almost weekly. The last couple of weeks have been bad. Portion sizes have halved. Food quality dropped majorly. The chicken i had tonight was so dry i struggled to swallow it. And part of the order was missing. My daughters childs meal was so small she was asking for some of ours. The fries lately have also been so salty to the point where my mouth is numb for hours after. My partner threw half her donner wrap in the bin due to how little meat was in it yet still filled the wrap with grease
Absolutely appalling, didn’t even get to order due to how rude the woman on the phone was. Used to order from here quite a lot, as my friend used to work here. Went to order my regular and I always swap chips for rice, this time was bluntly told no and when I asked to pay by card was bluntly told no aswell. No explanation or even a little bit of politeness. Never had this service before from them but they’ve definitely lost a loyal customer. Most definitely gone downhill these past 6 months. How some people get front of the house jobs with clearly no customer service I’ll never know. Wouldn’t even bother wasting your time with them.
ITS NOT FULLY HALAL BE CAREFUL I called to ask if the full menu was halal. The lady on the phones asked the team & confirmed it was. Then when I went in to place an order I asked again. She said yes. The chef or boss looking guy took my order along side them. I ordered a Kofte kebab & a pepperoni pizza. When I got back to open it at the hotel there was an awkward smell. I could tell the pepperoni was different compared to halal ones. I called the takeaway back to ask if the pepperoni is halal the same chef answered the phones and then told me it wasn’t. I just don’t understand why he lied and said everything is halal. Also when I was ordering the pizza he didn’t stop me to tell me and I would’ve simply ordered another pizza. I don’t leave bad reviews however avoid this place at all costs. ——- The owner just responded with a huge lie. Here is my response to that. Firstly I have the call recorded & I’ll be passing it to the council. Secondly why would I ask you if it’s halal then order it after you tell me it’s not? Then go out my way to leave a review. You’re response is a lie You’re employee you had serving & taking phone orders clearly wasn’t trained on your menu. As she did say it was her first day. I hope she has completed a good safety course as she was seen packing & making orders.
Ordered a chicken shish kebab and a chicken and sweetcorn pizza, pizza was lovely but the kebab was tiny with only 5 peices of chicken and loads of rice, cartons was all squashed too like someone had sat on them and the delivery driver n takeaway packaging absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke, could smell it still once I brought the food inside so obviously been smoking in car. Will not be ordering from here again
Came here on Friday ordering for the family. Service was amazing all the staff were lovely, particularly one of the ladies called Leah. Everyone was happy smiling and bubbly and made me feel extremely welcome. It wasn't the smallest of orders and there were a few modifications but everything was fresh, hot and delicious even after being outside with it. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone. 10/10
