It was Bank Holiday Monday and the store was obviously working on minimum staffing levels. The guy (sorry didn’t get his name) who dealt with me was multi tasking to the max!!!! Answering the phone, dealing with customers face to face, working on cars……. Doing all this with a very pleasant manner and a smile on his face, not a hint of the stress he must have been under…….. a Big Thank You!

I booked my car in the same day for a diagnostics check which was great as it needed doing. I explained why it was going in, oil light kept coming on even though I filled it up. When I received the phone call to tell me my car was ready to collect, I was told the light was on cause it needed oil. The way this was spoken to me made out as if I was stupid and didn’t know what the light meant. I didn’t appreciate how the guy spoke to me over the phone, his tone was condescending and was not appropriate.
