Visited to have my car a much needed clean after its visit to the garage. I left my car with them for roughly 30 minutes to visit Tesco next door. Come back to find my car on a raised curb which the car, being lowered, cannot climb safely. Additionally after pointing out the half a job they did particularly on my alloys my car door was opened by a member of staff who hit the door against a brick wall taking 2 chips off the edge. The staff member denied this multiple times however after telling another staff member that my friends who were with me saw it happen and pointed out how the chips match exactly to where the wall hits I was not charged the £20 the clean would have cost. Disappointed with the quality of work and respect of employees after denying the damage caused. Never had this issue previously but I wont be visiting again after this.
