Market Surgery

I have not had a lot of problems with this surgery since moving here around 2year ago ish only seeing things in surgery from a receptionist Till now. I am registered with a surgery at wath due to me living near but yet they only offer appointments either Rawmarsh or Rotherham! If I wanted an appointment there I would have registered with that surgery not wath! To then be told I have to re submit a request the day after. But when they triaged this my daughter needed to see a doctor I asked for a phone call but no she needs to see a doctor but can’t offer her an appointment at the surgery I’m registered to.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from receptionists. Send prescriptions to the wrong places and when you're rightfully upset because you needed help that day because you're IN PAIN and were promised you would have it, tell you not to be rude then hang up on you. You're in the wrong job. EDIT: so when I've actually picked up the prescription I needed at 8pm, two items were missing and the only item in there was one I had already stated I'd tried before and hadn't worked. Absolutely disgraceful, I will be complaining.

It's a difficult one this as the Doctors are very good and I have nothing but good things to say about them... however I cannot comprehend the appointment system, at times I have been 10-15 minutes early and have waited way past my app time meaning I spend nearly 45 mins to an hour in the doctors but if you turn up a few minutes late you're immediately cancelled. My partner had an appointment today (given to her 20 minutes before) and couldn't get parked outside (another issue) and they turned her away when she is really struggling with her illness. I just hope it doesn't worsen for the sake of 5 minutes lateness.

Shocking surgery. I asked for a second opinion on the reducing of medication, which never happened. Only to find out they stopped the medication without informing me. Leaving me to go cold turkey. Think it's alright if your face fits, especially with a certain person.. Should be called Market Street Testing Laboratory.

Fantastic couple of Dr's, waste of space manager with a few killer receptionists worked when able to speak to a person, works terrible since Anima was introduced. Ear infection for 4 months and getting worse, have to wait a month for an appointment with the Dr who told me to see you promptly as this is a serious problem!! All roads lead to management and stupid systems. Please don't comment on my moan Mr practice manager robot, who I believe is actually a real person getting paid to do a job that isn't being done. You should be a politician not a gp manager, same result, zero action made.
