Woodgrove Surgery

Been trying to get a GP appointment for 6 weeks, there are non available. You can only book appointments on a wednesday or friday at 5pm and there are never any left. The practice arn't bothered either. The NHS is broken, this practice is poorly managed, may as well not be there!

This surgery seems to be a waste of time they don’t answer the phone for an appointment that I keep trying to make and when I go in to try and make an appointment they tell me to come back the following day after 1230 but before they close at 1300. Who is able to close at 1300 in today’s 24hour economy? Do they not consider people who have to work? Give em a call my record was 49 minutes before I gave up

Excellent appointment with Dr Gentlesmith this morning who took the time to listen to my concerns! Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

Terrible experience whenever you need an appointment. I would say go elsewhere unless you know 3 weeks in advance your going to be ill.

The appointment system is pathetic. "call later today, some appointments may be available" "come in tomorrow morning some may be available" For a working person it is shocking. 2 weeks later, still no appointment.
