Have been a customer now for over 29 years work undertaken has always been top quality and we have always been highly satisfied Peter is the nicest friendliest young man who looks after his customers and always does good work without any fuss. The work has always been good reliable and what I would consider a fair price I would suggest the gentleman who gave the one star review should perhaps think again because honesty trust and reliability is a quality you don't always find many thanks to P H heating and in particular Pete for all your advice and hardwork over the years look forward to seeing you again in the Autumn for our boiler service 😊

Called these guys yesterday (Saturday) when my parents’ boiler developed a fault. They were out walking but still took the time to talk me through some steps to re pressurise the boiler over the phone. I have no clue about boilers so wasn’t very good but they were very patient and we managed it in the end. And all at no cost to my parents! First rate service - would highly recommend.

Please try and source a different company they are like Robin Hood my in laws who are pensioners have received a bill £108 to which the engineer did not look at the boiler and advised to put an old duvet around the gas bottles to stop them freezing. Also they have been advised you have only 10 days to pay which I will cover this for them as it’s a big expense for them to find. I disagree he was there for all of 10 minutes and the advice given as mentioned was to use an old duvet cover. You just turned up with giving no idea of time or date and gave no indication of what the price would be. Plus the fact that the individual I spoke with needs to learn some good old fashioned manners and not to jump to conclusions and allow others to explain the situation before interrupting. Constructive feedback and maybe the female was having a bad day. But that been said the person should remember that they are representing the company and brand.

P H Heating installed our Viessman boiler in December. We can’t praise Peter and Lewis enough followed by Dan and Oliver. They worked quickly and cleared any debris. We would and have no hesitation in recommending them again.

A massive thank you to Pete & Peter at PH Heating Engineers Ltd for going above and beyond on a Saturday evening to help sort out my Mum’s boiler. Nothing is too much trouble for this local business, when Mum’s boiler started pouring out water and sounding like a tractor, they patiently talked us through the relevant steps until we got it sorted. We can’t thank them enough, especially in this freezing cold weather, I couldn’t have bared the thought of Mum sat without her heating on and they didn’t even have to answer the phone as it was out of hours, but they did! It’s also 2 years since they came out to fit our Weismann Combi boiler and we haven’t looked back since. Our old boiler broke down in this cold weather every year, not this one, best thing we ever did. Thank you once again PH Heating, you definitely come highly recommended from us! 😊
