Excellent from start to finish. Liz and her colleague at Newsome's tailored the service and flower arrangement exactly to our needs- nothing was too much trouble. Liz also recommended a lovely gentleman called Kevin to write and deliver the eulogy- this, again, was spot on and exactly what we wanted! The service went smoothly and it was just the send off my uncle would have wanted.

What a fantastic experience, Liz was very caring and showed great sympathy when dealing with my mums funeral. She showed great compassion. The funeral went well, no hic cups, alot of communications from the funeral directors, Kevin Shepherd was great, came to the house to talk about mum and gave a great service celebrating her life, a lovely man. A great experience at a very tough time
