Richard and his team look after our fleet of vans and vehicles, between our own fleet and our staff Richard services around 20 of our vehicles per year. Without hesitation Richard will always aim to get our company vehicles up and running with no down time needed, honest, professional and above all willing to be flexible in his approach, often working weekends so we have our vans back for the following week. I've just collected my motorhome from Knollbeck Vehicle Services, where it had a full service, MOT, and habitation check. It had also developed a worrying oil leak. I chose Knollbeck because of their good reviews and the fact that they are an Approved Workshop. I was really impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of the work. Everything was carried out to a high standard, and the price was a lot cheaper than what I’d been quoted by the main dealer. Rich clearly knows his stuff and genuinely cares about doing a good job. Thankfully, the oil leak turned out to be caused by the filter having come loose—or not being tightened properly during the previous service by the main dealer! Rich is a great guy and highly skilled – I’ll definitely be returning and would happily recommend them to other motorhome owners.

We recently had some work done on our vehicle by Richard and the young lad who works there. We received excellent service at a fair price. Richard is a really nice guy, very helpful and informative, and managed to fit us in urgently, which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend him and will continue to use his services. 👍
