I have experienced 5 star treatment from all the staff at Natalies beautiful salon over the years down to the highly recommended products they use, to also allowing clients to purchase them in the salon. I am able to show the stylist whatever i want doing with my hair, and my goal is always achieved. Lovely staff, lovely comforting salon, and lovely cuppas 😉 thanks ladies! Xxx

We didn't get the results we were looking for from what appears to be a set of highly skilled professionals in the business & going off the photos & reviews this is why we chose Palmowski. They listen to you & give you all the patter but the result is a massive let down. We felt robbed & angry afterwards, almost £160 for treatment, colour & cut. Ridiculous! No better than box dyes were our results & a cut showing missed lengths. Wasn't going to bother leaving a review as we had decided to just put it down to 'our' bad luck. I mean, how can everyone else be so successful with all the good reviews, then it must be just us. How can one review be bad - right? Then, changed that thought, We don't owe this business that generous return, after all we're the ones being done a bad service. It's not even like you can do a return & get your money back! We believe others should know that we may be the rare ones but as I saw from the last review of a young girl's hair ruined, that review prompted me, as you don't feel like you're the only one that this can happen to, & like mentioned before, chose here based on the positive reviews so now at least we've shared our experience & that's made us feel a whole lot better, sharing is caring after all☝️💇🏼‍♀️

Ruined my daughter’s hair yesterday. Had to go to another salon to correct it. It’s now a foot shorter than it should be. Nothing like the picture she showed. Unfortunately my daughter was too nervous and polite to say anything. The other local salon could not believe a hairdresser had done this - and neither can we. It was so important to her, as it is to young women, and she is devastated.
