My mum went in here as they are supposed to be able to help people, I disagree strongly my mum had no support at all, did nothing with her just the odd activity. Some staff were lovely but most of them come across as they couldn’t care less and sat and drank coffee. My mum had less than a days notice to be told she would be leaving the following day baring in mind we live a hour and half away no feelings for how mum felt at all, my mum felt like she’s was just thrown out without a care, not one member of staff made an effort to say goodbye safe trip or anything. We got told this place was so good but for the price people are funded for is shocking as nothing special at all about this place.

Aspen house frequented it for 1 year staff nice. Joanne lazy! All she could say "was your in rehab get on with" to the patients. Disgusting that she should bark orders at patients & that they should receive verbal backlash when they asked not to be spoken too like that as well as loss of privileges. Ladies & gentlemen of the public should your witness such abuse of these patients then please report it CQC (Care Quality Commission) I even witnessed a cleaning staff member air there views towards a patient where the staff were dealing with an issue the patient. Whilst a few staff generally support patients for a full recovery, many patients seek medical transition of recovery to leave the place they call hell here! This place had such promise once. My mum is here and has been for an awful long time, the staff here have looked after her better than any facility she's been in over the last 25 years. The staff are brilliant with her and also me when I have visited.

Not a healthy place for patients to get well.all most of the staff are there for is money.im speaking from experience that iv had from being in there .luckily im well now and out of there .

Very poor place!! It not safe in there they have fail my mum once she done year they cannot wait get rid of her
