The Carpet Cleaning Pro

I would give minus stars if I could! Booked on line for carpets to be cleaned for Wednesday September 19th... two bedrooms stairs and landing, and sitting room quotes £89. Spent morning moving furniture hoovering, husband took afternoon off work to supervise. 1pm came, no carpet cleaner, 1.15pm no carpet cleaner... rang an asked receptionist to see if there was a problem or if he was running late, she advised she would call me back. 1.45pm no call back, so I tried again, no answer ( this was the outcome for the rest of our day) I tried calling so many times and was ignored so my husband an I spent a good Two hours putting kids rooms back And sitting room. I emailed the carpet pro on the same email they replied to book appointment asking them why they didn't turn up! I wasn't rude I just said their silence on the matter exsasperated me and showed me how unprofessional and rude they are. I am Still awaiting their reply, which if anyone from the company is reading this feel free to still contact me.... although I won't hold my breath! On their website it gives you option to leave comments, I duly did a one Star review like this, you now can't leave comments and mine surprise surprise isn't on their comments board! To have someone take time off work, spend their free time ( which I get very little off) moving furniture as you have advised you will be providing a service and this is a requirement for the cleaning to be done, to then not turn up an ignore all attempts from your customer to explain why you haven't bothered to turn up, shows not just to me but I hope to anyone who is thinking about using your Mickey Mouse company that you are incompetent, and rude on a unprecedented scale! Take my advise folks book with someone else as you may actually end up with getting your carpets cleaned in the process as well!!!

Thank you to the carpet cleaning pro. They were prompt, professional and friendly. They did a very good job at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Pricing competitive, however poor communication; recieved msg after they were supposed to start to say need to re-arrange but did not respond back with alternative date - waste of time having waited 2 weeks. Would not recommend.

Been twice to clean our carpets and both times did a tremendous job and made the carpets look like new . Very professional, polite and punctual . Pricing is also very good and well worth the money. Big thank you.

Services performed to very good standard but I had them for end of tenancy cleaning. Instead of keeping client confidentiality they broke it and slagged me off to my old landlord.when I called them out they said they would message me back as proof for tds but never did.
